Order Cancellation Before Shipment 
You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours from the time of placing the order, or anytime before the shipment is dispatched, depending on whichever comes first.

If your cancellation request meets the eligibility conditions, we will issue a complete refund to your initial payment method, which will be credited within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Shipped 
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled at this stage. However, after delivery, you may choose to return the item in line with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Modification 
Currently, modifications such as changing items or updating addresses are not supported after placing an order. If changes are required, you must cancel the eligible order and create a new purchase.
